Simulated trading disclaimer.

Every order on the Vera Charts platform is matched in software, not on a real exchange. Read this carefully if you are evaluating the platform, considering a partner-firm program, or planning to deploy real capital based on simulated results.

1. What is simulated

All trading on the Vera Charts platform occurs in a fully simulated environment. Live market data is used to drive charts and to determine simulated execution prices, but no order, position, or balance held within the Vera Charts platform is routed to, settled on, or cleared through any cryptocurrency exchange, foreign-exchange venue, or broker. No customer funds are placed at market risk on the platform.

Vera Charts does not custody cryptocurrency or fiat on behalf of customers, does not transmit cryptocurrency or fiat, and does not act as an exchange, broker-dealer, or money services business.

2. What live data is used for

Live spot data drives chart rendering and the simulated order book the engine matches against. The intent is to make simulated execution behave as much like real execution as practical: market buys fill at the live best ask, market sells at the live best bid, the full bid-ask spread is paid on a round trip, and per-venue fees are modeled and deducted from realized P&L. None of this routes to a real venue.

3. Partner-firm programs are separate

Vera Charts licenses its platform to third-party prop firm partners who operate their own evaluation and funded-account programs on top. Current partners include CryptoPropX and FundedWithForex. Each partner sets its own evaluation fees, account sizes, profit splits, drawdown rules, and payout cadences, and is responsible for paying traders directly. Vera Charts is not the source of those payouts. If you have entered into a partner-firm program, your contractual relationship regarding fees and payouts is with that partner, not with Vera Charts.

4. Hypothetical performance limitations

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Because the trades have not been executed against a real venue, the results may have under- or over-compensated for factors such as liquidity, slippage, and the psychological pressure of real capital at risk. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results. Past simulated performance is not necessarily indicative of future results in either simulated or real-money trading.

5. Educational purpose

Content on the Vera Charts platform is provided for educational and platform-demonstration purposes. Nothing on the platform is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency, fiat currency, or financial instrument. Vera Charts does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.

6. Trader acknowledgment

By creating or using a Vera Charts demo account, or by accessing the platform through a partner firm's handoff, you acknowledge that: the platform is fully simulated, no real-money trading is occurring on the platform, simulated results have inherent limitations, and any commercial program you enroll in with a partner firm is governed by that partner's separate terms.
