We're building the engine behind the desks that have the rules.
Vera Charts started as a side project among a handful of futures-prop alumni and crypto market makers who had watched the industry pull in two directions at once.
On one side: aggressive, high-leverage retail crypto exchanges where the average trader gets liquidated within their first quarter and the platform takes the other side of the trade. On the other side: disciplined futures prop firms, Topstep, FundedNext, Apex, that built durable businesses by paying traders for sustained edge under a hard set of rules.
The crypto and forex worlds have the volatility to support a real prop model. They do not, today, have a serious shared platform to run it on. Vera Charts is our attempt at that platform, the screens, the data, the execution simulation, the risk-rule engine, so the firms doing the actual prop work can stop reinventing trading infrastructure and focus on their trader programs instead.
The platform, not the desk.
Vera Charts is not a prop firm. We do not issue evaluations. We do not pay profit splits. We do not set account sizes, drawdown rules, or payout cadences. Our partner firms do all of that, on their own terms, on their own balance sheets, and under their own brands.
What we do is run the trading platform underneath. Live multi-exchange data piped straight into the trader's browser, charts and drawing tools built on TradingView's Lightweight Charts library, simulated execution against real order books, and a configurable risk-rule engine that partners wire to whatever program they run. Every account on Vera Charts is simulated; nothing routes to a real exchange and no customer funds are placed at market risk.
Why simulation.
Simulation is a feature, not a euphemism. It lets us build the platform we actually want, one where the rules are encoded in software, where execution math is honest, and where partner firms can offer trader programs without the regulatory complexity of holding customer funds. That same model has run the futures-prop world for years; we are bringing it to crypto and forex with infrastructure that's good enough to be worth licensing.
Who we serve.
Two audiences. First, prop firms (CryptoPropX for crypto, FundedWithForex for FX, with more partners onboarding) who want to put a serious trading platform in front of their traders without building one. Second, traders themselves, who can open a free demo seat directly with us to try the platform itself before deciding whether to take an evaluation with one of our partner firms.
If you fall into either camp, take a look around. The live trading desk on the homepage is exactly what gets shipped to production, on every browser tab the platform powers.
Three commitments we're willing to be measured against.
Live data, real order-book depth, modeled fees and slippage. No phantom fills, no retroactive rule changes.
Documented APIs, signed JWT trader handoff, webhook receivers, programmable risk-rule SDK. Partners build on top without surprises.
Nothing to download. Trade from a Chromebook in a coffee shop, or from a six-monitor desk. Same engine either way.
