Vera Charts is a browser-based charting and simulated trading platform for crypto and forex, built on an in-house HTML5 canvas engine. Individual traders sign up directly on a flat $12/month subscription (or $120/year). The same platform is also licensed to prop firm partners (CryptoPropX, FundedWithForex, and others) who put their own evaluation and funded-account programs on top.

Is Vera Charts a prop firm?

No. Vera Charts is the trading platform infrastructure (charts, live data, simulated execution, configurable risk-rule engine) that prop firms license. Partner firms are the prop firms; they set evaluation terms, funded-account sizes, profit splits, and payout cadences, and they pay traders directly. Vera Charts does not.

What chart engine does Vera Charts use?

Vera Charts runs an in-house HTML5 canvas charting engine, built end to end by the Vera Charts team. It ships with the standard indicator suite (EMA, SMA, MACD, RSI, Bollinger Bands, VWAP, Volume Profile), every drawing tool a discretionary trader needs (trendlines, rays, Fibonacci, rectangles, horizontals, plus long and short position planners), years of lazy-loaded pan-back history, and server-synced layouts. No third-party charting library.

Where does Vera Charts get live market data?

Live spot crypto data is sourced from multiple tier-1 venues with automatic cross-source failover. Spot forex pairs aggregate from interbank-grade providers. Tick-to-screen latency runs under 80ms p95. The specific upstream sources are disclosed to partner firms under NDA, not in public materials.

Is real money at risk on Vera Charts?

No. Every order placed on Vera Charts is matched against the live order book inside the browser; nothing routes to a real exchange and no customer funds are held at market risk. Vera Charts is not a broker-dealer, exchange, or money services business.

How do partner prop firms integrate with Vera Charts?

Integration is fast and fully documented, but we don't publish the mechanics publicly. Partner firms book a call with the Vera Charts team for a walkthrough of the architecture, the security model, and a working integration.
