Accessibility, for every trader.

Vera Charts aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across its marketing site, account surfaces, and, to the extent a real-time canvas charting engine allows, the trading workspace itself.

1. Our commitment

We audit the platform against WCAG 2.1 AA, fix issues as they are found, and hold new features to the same standard before they ship. Accessibility is treated as an engineering requirement, not an afterthought: our lint rules flag inaccessible markup before code can merge.

2. What we have implemented

Keyboard operability across pages and dialogs (including Escape-to-close and focus restoration), visible focus indicators, programmatic labels on form fields and icon controls, ARIA state on toggle controls such as timeframe and order-side selectors, correct landmark and heading structure, AA-level text contrast, page language declared per locale, respect for the reduced-motion preference, and browser zoom enabled everywhere outside the chart workspace.

3. Known limitations

The price chart is a hand-built HTML5 canvas engine. We name it to assistive technology (symbol and interval), but candle-by-candle detail is inherently visual and is not currently exposed as text. Every number a trading decision depends on (price, position size, profit and loss, account balance, rule status) is also rendered as real text in the workspace and dashboards. Within the chart workspace, browser pinch-zoom is disabled because the canvas implements its own zoom; operating-system zoom and magnification remain fully functional.

4. Feedback and contact

If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere on Vera Charts, email [email protected] with the page address, what went wrong, and the assistive technology and browser you were using. Reports are prioritized as defects; we aim to respond within two business days.

5. Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may use the complaint procedures available under the accessibility laws of your jurisdiction. We would appreciate the opportunity to resolve the issue directly first.
