Operator.Vera Charts is operated by Vera Charts LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. References to “Vera Charts”, “we”, or “us” in this policy mean Vera Charts LLC.
1. Free trial
New subscribers receive a 7 day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. You may cancel any time during the trial from your account settings and no charge will be issued. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins on the billing plan you selected and is governed by the sections below.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on the date you sign up and renew on the same date each month. You may cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future billing but does not refund the current billing month. Monthly subscription fees are not refundable except where required by law.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed in advance on the date you sign up and renew on each anniversary. You may cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current annual period by default.
14 day annual refund window. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase, provided you have not used the platform. Once you have signed in and accessed the trading workspace, the annual subscription is considered used and is no longer refundable. This window does not reapply on renewals; it only covers the first purchase.
4. Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a charge with your card issuer. Filing a chargeback rather than contacting support results in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from future Vera Charts subscriptions. We would much rather solve the issue directly. Email [email protected] first and we will work it out.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the email address on your subscription and the Stripe receipt number from the confirmation email. We process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Your card issuer typically takes another 3 to 10 business days to post the credit back to your statement.
6. Statutory rights
Where you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose laws grant you mandatory refund or withdrawal rights that cannot be waived by contract (for example, the 14 day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law), those rights continue to apply and override anything in this policy that conflicts with them.
