The product combines live multi-source market data, full drawing-tool and indicator suites, simulated execution against real order books, server-synced layouts, and a configurable risk-rule engine — all browser-native, no installs. Vera Charts is sold directly to individual traders on a single flat monthly subscription, and licensed under a separate commercial agreement to prop firms who operate their own evaluation and funded-account programs on top of the same product. Vera Charts itself is not a prop firm and does not issue evaluations or pay traders; partner firms operate those programs under their own brands and balance sheets. The company was founded in 2026 by a small team of futures-prop alumni and crypto market makers, and is headquartered in Wyoming as a remote-first operation. Current partner firms include CryptoPropX (crypto) and FundedWithForex (forex).
